Campaign Management
Create, monitor, and optimize your outbound calling campaigns with comprehensive performance tracking.
Overview
The Campaigns Overview page displays a summary of all active and scheduled campaigns in your account. From here, you can quickly view campaign performance, monitor engagement, and launch new campaigns.
Metrics Displayed
- Active Campaigns – Number of campaigns currently running
- Total Leads – Total leads across all campaigns
- Calls Made Today – Daily outbound call volume
- Conversions – Total successful conversions this month
- Campaign Status – Visual breakdown of campaigns by stage (Active, Scheduled, Paused, Completed, Draft)
- Performance Analytics – Average contact rate across all campaigns
Campaign Table
Each campaign row includes:
- Campaign Name
- Status (Active, Scheduled, Paused, Completed)
- Lead Count
- Contact Rate
- Conversion Rate
- Date Range
You can view campaigns by status using the tabs: Active, Scheduled, Paused, Completed, or All Campaigns.
Navigation
Use the Create Campaign button in the upper-right corner to start a new campaign. Existing campaigns can be edited, paused, or monitored directly from the Campaign Table.
Creating a Campaign
Campaign creation is managed through a five-step guided setup flow designed to make configuration straightforward and compliant.
Step 1: Campaign Details
Define the core information for your campaign.
Fields:
- Campaign Name – A descriptive name to identify the campaign
- Description – Optional field to summarize the campaign's objective
Select Next to proceed.
Step 2: Schedule & Timing
Set the campaign's start and end dates, time zone, and daily calling hours.
Fields:
- Start Date / End Date – Define the campaign duration
- Time Zone – Determines the time zone for calling hours
- Calling Hours Start / End – Define daily dialing window
- Calling Days – Choose which days calls will run
Campaigns will automatically stop outside of the defined calling window.
Step 3: Lead Selection
Choose which leads and cadence to use for this campaign.
Fields:
- Lead List – Select one or multiple lead lists to assign
- Cadence Template – Defines call spacing and retry logic
- Maximum Attempts – Sets the total number of call attempts per lead
Multiple lead lists can be assigned after the campaign is created if needed.
Step 4: Dialing Configuration
Configure caller IDs, AI settings, and compliance preferences.
Fields:
- Caller ID Pool – Choose the number group to use for outbound calls
- AI Conversation Model – Select the AI model that handles conversations
- Respect DNC List – Ensures calls are not made to numbers on the internal DNC list
- Respect Holidays – Prevents dialing on configured holidays
- Enable Call Recording – Optional; records calls for QA and compliance if toggled on
Call recording and AI configuration options depend on your account permissions.
Step 5: Review & Launch
Review all campaign details before activation.
Displayed sections:
- Campaign Details – Name and description
- Lead Information – Lists, cadence, and attempt limits
- Schedule – Start/end dates, time zone, and calling days
- Dialing & AI – Caller ID pool, AI model, DNC, holiday, and recording preferences
When ready, click Launch Campaign to activate. To save your configuration without launching, select Save as Draft.
Editing an Existing Campaign
To update campaign settings, navigate to Campaigns → Active → Edit.
The Edit Campaign page allows you to adjust:
- Campaign name and description
- Call schedule, hours, and days
- Assigned lead lists and cadences
- Caller ID and AI configuration
- State filters or targeting rules
- Conversion and performance tracking thresholds
Changes can be saved immediately or scheduled to apply at a specific time.
Blend Template Optimization
The Blend AI Template Optimization panel allows you to run structured A/B tests on AI scripts and voice templates.
Key Settings
- Active Experiments – Displays running experiments for selected campaigns
- Variants – Add or remove AI agents being tested
- Confidence Threshold – Minimum performance difference before selecting a winner
- Auto-Commit – Automatically adopts the winning template when results are statistically significant
Use this section to continuously optimize conversational performance across campaigns.
Voice ID Randomization
Randomizes AI voice identity across calls for testing or compliance requirements.
Settings Include
- Voice A/B Testing – Compare voice profiles across a campaign
- Default Voice – Fallback voice when testing is disabled
- Rotation Rules – Define rotation intervals (per call, per batch, per campaign)
- Exclusions – Exclude voices by campaign or lead source if necessary
Adjust sliders to tune rotation frequency and distribution between voice agents.

- Review campaign configurations carefully before launch
- Use DNC and holiday settings to maintain compliance
- Monitor contact rate and conversion performance daily through the Campaigns Overview
- Use Blend Optimization and Voice Randomization only after establishing baseline campaign metrics
