Dialing Dashboard

Real-time overview of outbound calling performance, scheduling logic, and webhook health.

Overview

The Dialing Dashboard provides a real-time overview of outbound calling performance, scheduling logic, and webhook health. From here, admins can monitor active dialing operations, view AI and agent performance, reschedule calls, and diagnose webhook issues.

The dashboard aggregates all active campaigns, cadences, and leads to provide both operational visibility and scheduling control. It includes real-time metrics for daily dialing volume, connection success, and webhook stability.

Dialing Metrics

Located at the top of the dashboard, this section summarizes high-level dialing activity.

MetricDescription
Dials per Day / HourAverage number of outbound calls made per time window
Connection RatePercent of calls that successfully connect with a contact
Transfers per HourNumber of calls successfully transferred to buyers or agents
Webhook Success RatePercentage of successful webhook deliveries

You can filter metrics by:

  • Date Range (Day, Week, Month, or Custom)
  • Campaign
  • Cadence
  • List

Upcoming and Past Attempted Calls

This chart visualizes call attempts over time — showing past attempts (green) and scheduled upcoming calls (blue). Hovering over a bar provides details such as total attempts, successful connections, and time slot.

Use this to identify periods of peak calling activity or scheduling delays.

Rescheduling Leads

Reschedule Past Due Leads

This panel helps you automatically redistribute missed or overdue leads back into rotation.

Controls include:

  • Select Date Range: Choose the timeframe for overdue leads
  • Time Window: Define hours of operation (e.g., 8 AM – 6 PM)
  • Timezone: Adjust for lead or campaign timezone
  • Campaign Filter: Select which campaign's missed calls to reschedule
  • Lead Disposition Filter: Optionally limit to certain call outcomes (e.g., No Answer, Busy)

Click Reschedule Leads to push those calls back into the queue.

Reschedule Morning Leads

This tool automatically reattempts calls made early in the day that were not completed or connected.

You can configure:

  • Target Time: When to reattempt (e.g., "9:30 AM local time")
  • Schedule Filter: Select "Future Scheduled Only" or "All Eligible"
  • Time Window by Timezone: Define the start/end window per timezone block (EST, CST, MST, PST)

This ensures even distribution across time zones and prevents lead exhaustion from over-dialing.

Webhook Monitoring

Webhook Failure Filter

Set a minimum hours stuck threshold to flag leads impacted by webhook delivery issues. You can filter by:

  • Minimum Hours Stuck
  • Campaign or Lead List
  • Webhook Status (Failed, Pending, Success)

Click Apply Filter to isolate affected leads.

Webhook Health

Tracks webhook delivery rate and recent failures. Displays:

  • Success Rate (24h)
  • Recent Failures (Last 24h)
  • Stuck Leads Count
  • Total Webhooks Sent

Use this to quickly identify vendor, API, or posting issues.

Webhook Failures Table

Shows individual leads whose webhook payloads failed to process. Each record displays:

  • Lead Name and Contact Info
  • Campaign / Cadence
  • Attempts Count
  • Hours Stuck
  • Last Called Timestamp

You can trigger a Batch Recovery to retry all failed webhook deliveries.

Lead Scheduling Settings

The Lead Scheduling Settings page defines how new leads are distributed, dialed, and resumed within campaigns and during large CSV imports. These rules ensure balanced throughput and prevent overload during high-volume operations.

Campaign Resume Strategy

Controls how leads are redialed when a paused campaign is resumed.

Available Options:

  • Immediate – Resume all leads instantly
  • 10-Minute Spread – Evenly resume calls over 10 minutes
  • 1-Hour Spread – Evenly resume calls over 1 hour
  • 4-Hour Spread (Recommended) – Resumes calls evenly over 4 business hours
  • 8-Hour Spread – Spreads calls over the full business day

Example: If a campaign has 10,000 overdue leads and you select "4-Hour Spread," calls will be distributed evenly (~42 leads/min) across 4 hours of business time.

CSV Import Strategy

Determines how bulk lead uploads are throttled to prevent system overload.

Settings:

  • Immediate Scheduling Threshold: Number of leads imported immediately (default 1000)
  • Scheduling Mode for Large Imports:
    • Immediate (no delay)
    • 10-Minute Spread
    • 1-Hour Spread
    • 4-Hour Spread (recommended)
    • 8-Hour Spread (balanced)
    • Distribute Across Full Business Day (lowest system load)

Imports below the threshold will process instantly. Larger imports use the spreading strategy defined here.

Advanced Settings

For enterprise users managing continuous high-volume operations, advanced settings allow for fine-tuned pacing, concurrency caps, and system-wide throttling logic. Changes apply immediately across all new operations.

Notes and Best Practices

  • 4-Hour Spread is ideal for maintaining high throughput without system congestion
  • Use Campaign Resume Strategy to prevent sudden load spikes after maintenance or pause events
  • For imports exceeding 50,000 records, always select a spread distribution mode
  • Review Webhook Health after each major resume or import to ensure postback consistency
