Overview

The Reports & Analytics module provides detailed performance insights into your campaigns, cadences, and agents. It's designed for tracking key metrics like contact rate, transfer rate, and call volume over time — with both simple overview reporting and advanced, AI-powered analytics.

This dashboard aggregates historical call data and trends across all campaigns, cadences, and lead lists. You can analyze daily, weekly, or monthly performance, compare across verticals, and export all reports in multiple formats.

Primary Filters

  • Date Range: Choose between preset (Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, This Month, Last Month) or custom date ranges
  • Campaign: Filter metrics by specific campaigns
  • Cadence: Focus on performance tied to individual call sequences
  • Lead List: Drill into performance by list or lead source
  • Status & Answer Type: Segment based on call outcomes or disposition categories

Key Metrics

At the top of the dashboard, you'll find the headline metrics used to measure dialer and campaign success:

Data Visualizations

Contact Rate by Time

Displays hourly distribution of both call volume and contact rate to help identify optimal dialing windows.

Blue lines represent call volume, while green lines show contact rate percentage. Use this graph to refine dialing hours and maximize connection efficiency.

Transfers by Hour

Visualizes hourly distribution of successful transfers, comparing trends against previous days and 7-day averages. Useful for identifying when transfer rates peak across time zones.

Conversion Funnel

This visualization represents the journey of a lead through each major stage of your sales funnel:

  • Lead – Total number of unique leads in the dataset
  • Contacted – Leads successfully connected to
  • Transferred – Leads that reached an agent or buyer
  • Policy Submitted (or equivalent goal) – Final successful outcomes

Each bar shows volume per stage and can be toggled to show percentage-based funnel drop-off.

First Transfer by Attempt

Analyzes which attempt number most often results in a successful transfer. This data helps optimize cadence structure and call persistence thresholds.

Example insights:

  • 60% of transfers may occur by the 3rd attempt
  • Performance degradation begins after the 6th attempt
  • Supports data-driven call frequency tuning

Scheduled Reports

You can automate report delivery to internal teams or partners.

Options include:

  • Frequency: Daily, weekly, or monthly
  • Recipients: Send reports to selected team members
  • Format: CSV, PDF, or Excel
  • Filters: Apply predefined campaign, cadence, or list filters

Use Manage Scheduled Reports to edit or delete recurring exports.

Export Options

All visualizations and tables can be exported individually or in bulk. Supported export formats:

  • CSV
  • PDF
  • Excel (XLSX)

Click Export Current View at the bottom of the analytics page to download filtered data.

Dialer Analytics

The Dialer Analytics suite provides advanced analytical and AI-assisted insights into dialer performance. It's designed for high-volume operators who require custom metrics, trend analysis, and predictive recommendations.

Real-Time Status

At the top, you'll see:

  • Today's Calls – Total dials completed for the day
  • Transfer Rate (Live) – Updated in real-time from active campaigns
  • Last Update Timestamp – Shows when analytics were last refreshed

These filters let you drill into precise performance layers across agents, time, and geography.

AI-Powered Insights

The AI layer automatically analyzes your performance data and generates recommendations.

The Advanced Query Builder allows engineers or analysts to define custom SQL-like filters for highly specific analytics. You can:

  • Preview query results in real-time visualization panels
