Detailed performance insights with simple overview reporting and advanced AI-powered analytics.
The Reports & Analytics module provides detailed performance insights into your campaigns, cadences, and agents. It's designed for tracking key metrics like contact rate, transfer rate, and call volume over time — with both simple overview reporting and advanced, AI-powered analytics.
This dashboard aggregates historical call data and trends across all campaigns, cadences, and lead lists. You can analyze daily, weekly, or monthly performance, compare across verticals, and export all reports in multiple formats.
At the top of the dashboard, you'll find the headline metrics used to measure dialer and campaign success:
| Metric | Description |
|---|---|
| Contact Rate | Percentage of total calls that reached a live person |
| Transfer Rate | Percentage of successful contacts that were transferred |
| Conversion Rate | Overall success rate (converted / total leads) |
| Call Volume | Total number of dials during the selected period |
| Avg. Call Duration | Average time per connected call |
Each metric includes trend indicators comparing current performance to the previous period.
Displays hourly distribution of both call volume and contact rate to help identify optimal dialing windows.
Blue lines represent call volume, while green lines show contact rate percentage. Use this graph to refine dialing hours and maximize connection efficiency.
Visualizes hourly distribution of successful transfers, comparing trends against previous days and 7-day averages. Useful for identifying when transfer rates peak across time zones.
This visualization represents the journey of a lead through each major stage of your sales funnel:
Each bar shows volume per stage and can be toggled to show percentage-based funnel drop-off.
Analyzes which attempt number most often results in a successful transfer. This data helps optimize cadence structure and call persistence thresholds.
Example insights:
You can automate report delivery to internal teams or partners.
Options include:
Use Manage Scheduled Reports to edit or delete recurring exports.
All visualizations and tables can be exported individually or in bulk. Supported export formats:
Click Export Current View at the bottom of the analytics page to download filtered data.
The Dialer Analytics suite provides advanced analytical and AI-assisted insights into dialer performance. It's designed for high-volume operators who require custom metrics, trend analysis, and predictive recommendations.
At the top, you'll see:
Performance indicators with target-based alerts and variance tracking:
| Metric | Description | Alert Example |
|---|---|---|
| Contact Rate | Percent of calls reaching a live contact | 🔴 Below target: -1.1% |
| Transfer Rate | Percent of contacts successfully transferred | 🟢 Above target: +5.3% |
| Data Transfer Rate | Successful data handoffs per call | 🟡 Near threshold |
| Contact-to-Policy Rate | Ratio of contacts resulting in policies | 🔴 Below target |
| Total Calls | Aggregate number of outbound attempts | 92,530 total |
| Avg. Duration | Average connected call length | 0:08 (avg.) |
Each tile updates dynamically, with arrows indicating performance deltas from targets.
Use the Advanced Analytics Filters panel to segment results by dimensions, entities, and metrics.
Dynamic pivot visualization displays grouped metrics by your selected filters. Supports side-by-side comparisons (e.g., Avg. Transfer Rate vs Total Calls) with interactive bar or line charts.
These filters let you drill into precise performance layers across agents, time, and geography.
The AI layer automatically analyzes your performance data and generates recommendations.
Example:
🔶 Low Transfer Rate Alert
Average transfer rate detected at 6.4%, below the industry benchmark of 8.1%.
Suggested action: Review call scripts and cadence timing.
AI insights update automatically every 24 hours and appear contextual to the selected filters.
All datasets can be exported on demand or set up as automated reports.
Options:
The Advanced Query Builder allows engineers or analysts to define custom SQL-like filters for highly specific analytics. You can:
Ideal for power users managing multi-vertical or multi-team dialer operations.
