Leads Management
The Leads Management section displays all leads being posted into the system, including their current status, campaign assignment, and cadence activity.

Overview
The Leads Management page provides a complete list of all active and historical leads. It serves as the central view for monitoring new lead intake, tracking cadence progress, and reviewing campaign activity.
Key Actions
- •Add Lead: Manually upload or enter a single lead.
- •Manage Lists: Create, view, or edit lead lists used in campaigns.
- •Export CSV: Download filtered leads for external reporting or review.
Lead Status Tabs
At the top of the page, you can filter leads by workflow stage:
| Tab | Description |
|---|---|
| All Leads | Displays every lead in the system. |
| New | Recently added leads that have not yet been called. |
| In Progress | Leads currently active in a cadence or calling sequence. |
| Contacted | Leads that have been dialed or engaged by AI. |
| Qualified | Leads that have met your conversion or qualification criteria. |
| Not Qualified | Leads that were reached but did not convert. |
| Lists | Overview of lead lists currently being used. |
Filters and Search
The filter bar lets you narrow down visible leads.
Filter Options:
- •Campaign: Select a specific campaign to view only associated leads.
- •Cadence: Filter by cadence template (e.g., "Normal Cadence 1").
- •List: Restrict results to a specific lead list.
- •Status: Filter by lead status (New, In Progress, Qualified, etc.).
- •Search: Locate leads by name, phone number, or source.
Use Clear Filters to reset and display all available leads.
Lead Table Fields
Each row in the lead table represents an individual lead record with the following details:

| Name | Lead's name as provided by the source. |
| Phone | The phone number associated with the lead. |
| Status | Indicates current stage (New, In Progress, Contacted, etc.). |
| Source | Origin of the lead. |
| Date Added | When the lead was received by the system. |
| Last Contact | Timestamp of the most recent successful contact attempt. |
| Attempts | Number of call attempts made. |
| Runs | Number of times the lead has gone through the cadence. |
| Next Attempt | Scheduled time for the next call attempt. |
| Campaign / Cadence | Associated campaign and assigned cadence template. |
| List | Lead list name where the record is stored. |
| Actions | Options for viewing, editing, or reassigning the lead. |
| Info | Opens additional context or metadata for the lead. |
Managing Leads
- •To add a new lead manually, select Add Lead and complete the lead form.
- •To manage or upload large lead lists, click Manage Lists to open the list management interface.
- •Leads are automatically categorized as they are imported through integrated sources or APIs.
Exporting Leads
Click Export CSV to download the currently filtered leads for reporting or audit purposes. The export includes all visible columns and respects active filters.
Notes
- •Leads posted via API will appear in real time under New with their originating source.
- •Cadence and campaign assignments are updated dynamically as the dialer progresses.
- •Filtering by campaign provides the most accurate view for performance monitoring.
