Lead Lists

The Lead Lists section allows you to organize and manage your leads for better campaign targeting. Each list serves as a container for incoming leads, whether uploaded manually or posted via API.

Columns displayed:

  • Name – The name of the lead list.
  • Description – Optional field describing the list purpose or source.
  • Leads – The number of leads currently contained in the list.
  • Created – How long ago the list was created.
  • Actions – Manage, edit, or delete individual lists.

Tabs

  • All Lists: Displays every list in the system.
  • Empty Lists: Shows lists with no leads.
  • Lists with Leads: Filters to show only active lists containing data.

To create a new list:

  1. Click Create List in the upper-right corner.
  2. Enter a List Name (required).
  3. Optionally, add a Description for internal tracking.
  4. Select Create List to finalize.

The new list will appear in your dashboard immediately.

Viewing and Managing a Lead List

After creating a list, click its name to open the detailed view. From here, you can manage leads, assign them to cadences, and connect the list to campaigns.

Available Actions

  • Add Leads: Upload or manually add new leads to the list.
  • Add to Cadence: Assign the entire list to a dialing cadence.
  • Postback Integration: Generate a webhook URL to receive leads automatically via API.
  • Export: Download the list as a CSV file.
  • Create Campaign: Launch a new campaign using the selected list.
  • Delete List: Permanently remove the list and its contents.

Lead Postback Integration

Postback integration enables automated posting of leads into a list via API.

How It Works

  1. Click Postback Integration inside your chosen list.
  2. Copy the Postback URL generated for that list.
  3. Configure your external system to send lead data to the provided URL using a POST request.
  4. Include the authentication token parameter shown in the modal.
  5. (Optional) Append campaign_id or cadence_id to automatically assign new leads to a campaign or cadence.

Example

POST https://dialer.juicedmedia.io/api/webhooks/lead-postback?list_id=XXXXX&token=YYYYY

Tips:

  • Use the URL Builder tab to generate URLs with campaign or cadence parameters.
  • Refer to the Payload Format tab for expected data fields.
  • Regenerate your authentication token at any time if needed.

Adding Leads to a List

You can add leads to a list manually or via CSV upload.

Add Manually

  1. Open a list and click Add Lead.
  2. Enter the lead details (name, phone, and other available fields).
  3. Save to add the record instantly.

Import via CSV

  1. Click Import Leads at the top of the Lead Lists page.
  2. Select the list you want to populate.
  3. Upload a properly formatted CSV file.
  4. Confirm field mapping and import.

Imported leads will appear in the list within seconds.

Import Leads

The Import Leads tool allows you to upload new leads from a CSV file or paste data directly into the system. It supports full field mapping and automatic list assignment.

Step 1: Upload CSV Data

Start by uploading your lead data.

  • Upload File: Select a CSV file from your computer.
  • Paste Data: Copy and paste lead rows directly into the import window.

Step 2: Field Mapping

After uploading, the system will automatically detect column names and attempt to match them to standard lead fields. You can review and adjust automatic mappings, map any unmapped columns manually, or exclude unnecessary columns from import.

Step 3: Assign to List and Campaign

Select where your leads should be stored and used:

  • Lead List: Choose an existing list or create a new one.
  • Campaign Assignment: (Optional) Immediately assign imported leads to a specific campaign.
  • Cadence Assignment: (Optional) Assign a dialing cadence to start processing leads automatically after import.

Step 4: Review and Import

Before confirming, review a preview of your upload including number of records detected, mapped fields summary, selected list and campaign, and duplicate or formatting warnings.

Click Import Leads to finalize. Once the import is complete, the new records will appear immediately under Leads Management and within the assigned list.

Do Not Call (DNC) List

The Do Not Call List section allows you to manage phone numbers that should not be contacted. This includes numbers manually added by users, automatically flagged through AI interactions, or synced via API from external systems.

Overview

The DNC List view provides visibility into all records marked as "Do Not Call." Each record includes:

  • Phone Number – The number that should not be contacted.
  • Reason – Why the record was added (e.g., Customer Request, Litigator Match, etc.).
  • Date Added – When the DNC record was created.
  • Source – The system or campaign that triggered the DNC flag.

DNC Postback Settings

The DNC Postback Settings panel allows you to receive real-time notifications when new DNC records are created in your account.

Example Payload

{
  "event": "dnc_record_created",
  "record": {
    "id": "record-id",
    "phone": "+15551234567",
    "reason": "Customer request",
    "created_at": "2025-05-21T13:00:00Z"
  }
}

Best Practices

  • Use separate lists for each lead source or campaign to maintain clean segmentation.
  • Regularly archive or delete old or empty lists to improve performance.
  • Use Postback Integration to streamline automated lead posting from third-party partners.
  • Always confirm the correct campaign_id and cadence_id parameters when automating inbound leads.
